Steve is the founder of the Academy of Coaching and Training.
He is a Coach, Certified Master Trainer of NLP, Keynote Speaker, Published Author and one of the most engaging coach trainers in the UK.
Steve specialises in values-based coaching and is a published author on the subject. (see below). His clients include some of the world's best known companies, such as IKEA, eBay, RayBan, Oakley, Sunglass Hut, E&Y and many more.
He started his professional life as an actor, after graduating form the world-renowned Royal Central School of Speech and Drama. He featured in many of the UK's best-loved TV series, such as Inspector Morse and Eastenders.
Steve has extensive experience in the business world, running an international sales company based in Johannesburg, South Africa for 5 years and travelling globally to help companies expand their businesses internationally with assistance from the UK and South African Departments of Trade and Industry. He coaches senior executives on how to be more impactful leaders. He created the Academy of Coaching and Training in 2011 to help to improve the skills and effectiveness of professional coaches.
Steve is also one of very few certified Master Trainers of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) in the world and sits on the Training and Assessment Panel for the Global Association for NLP (ANLP).
He is the co-author of 'My 31 Practices', a book which explores how values shape our behaviour and decision-making, published by LID. He also features as one of the thought-leaders in LID Publishing's '250 Insights: To Develop Your Professional and Personal Life'.
