Are your Coaching and NLP courses accredited?
Yes, our Accredited Certificate in Coach Training course is accredited by the Association for Coaching.
We include the NLP Diploma syllabus on the ACCT course. On successful completion of the course, you will be granted an accredited NLP Diploma certification, accredited by the Association for NLP.
Is it safe to put my credit card details on your site?
Yes. No card information is ever recorded on our site. We use Stripe as our payment gateway and your information is safe and secure.
What post-course support do you offer?
Yes we do.
When you sit the coaching course with us, you will have lifetime access to re-sit the course at any time, space allowing.
In addition, we have a dedicated active and supportive dedicated closed Facebook group called 'The ACT Tribe'. This group is only for those whoa re sitting the course or have have already sat the course.
Do you have a refund policy?
Yes.
We have a 30-day Money Back Guarantee from the date of your booking.
When do the ACCT course modules run?
The course consists of 7 modules, which can be sat in any order. This creates a rolling entry where participants can join the course at any time.
Modules 2-7 run one day each month, then the cycle repeats...
e.g. September: Module 2, October: Module 3, November: Module 4, December: Module 5, January: Module 6, February: Module 7...REPEAT CYCLE BEGINS March: Module 2, April: Module 3 and so on.
If you miss a module, simply sit it the next time it comes around.
What about Module 1 you might ask?
Good question. Module 1 runs every other month (6 times per year).
