About the Course Creator: Steve Payne
Steve is a professional coach, published author, keynote speaker and one of very few certified Master Trainers of NLP in the world.
He trained as an actor at the prestigious Royal Central School of Speech and Drama in London and spent 10-years 'treading the boards' before moving into business.
Steve sits on the training and accreditation panel for the Association for Neuro Linguistic Programming.
Today Steve specialises in values alignment, leadership and public speaking coaching. He is co-author of the critically acclaimed book, My 31 Practices, published by LID Publishing.
He believes passionately in setting high standards in training and runs the Academy of Coaching and Training, an Organisational Member of the Association for Coaching (OMAC).
